Hello SPY's

I am using this and facebook as a way to help make an important decision about the future of our youth program. I hope everyone will make an effort to help with this process and give me some feedback about our direction that is relevant and well thought out. Earlier this year,through prayerful direction, a decision was made to help St. Philip's transition to a growing church, and to help the needs of our congregation, as well as future members. We are starting a new Sunday night Bible Study program, which has created an opportunity to transition our youth program to be a more relevant and purposeful ministry to our youth throughout the week. However, with change comes resistance. People fear change and public speaking more than death. So with this change, we have had some people bring up some realistic fears, and some that are not so realistic. But the one common issue that keeps coming up is, "What is the best night for our program". I have wrestled with this one for months, and am now asking you for your advice. The only nights that are available for us to meet is Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
